Department of Computer Engineering was established in year 1992 with intake of 60 students. Department offers 3 year Diploma in Computer Engineering. Department also runs Minority shift with intake of 60 students which was started in year 2011. Both shifts are running Sandwich pattern Diploma in Computer Engineering.
Curriculum is well designed with the help of industry experts and senior academicians. Courses are offered in perfect hierarchical manner and include extensive practical sessions. The department has good infrastructure with well-established laboratories. The department has experienced and dedicated faculties who give personal attention to each and every individual student. The department emphasises on effective teaching learning process including project based learning using modern tools and technologies. Department is working hard to improve upon the quality of education and the students overall performance in the era of rapidly changing technology.
